Part 1 of 3: Before You Go to Pantheon
Wow, Pantheon, October 5th–7th in Orlando, Florida.
I wanted to share some valuable pro tips that can hopefully help you maximize your ROI for this event. A little context first: I've attended 3 previous Pantheons as a contractor and 4 as a ServiceTitan employee. I've been going to trade shows like Nexstar, EGIA, Service Nation Alliance, and plenty of others in our industry for more than 20 years. Most of our trade shows provide value in a lot of areas. I personally love Pantheon on another level because every single attendee has the exact same thing in common: we're all using ServiceTitan. #outstanding
This is a three-part series: Before you go to Pantheon, While you're at Pantheon, and After you attend Pantheon. Feel free to add your own tips in the comments.
Part 1: Pre-Pantheon
Review the Pantheon agenda in a team meeting before you travel.
Audit your tech stack gaps. Before you even look at the agenda, have your team list the top three friction points in your current ServiceTitan workflow. That way you're choosing sessions based on real need, not shiny object syndrome.
Decide as a team who's attending each session. I recommend the person going prepares real questions, current workflow scenarios, and target goals for that specific session, which might mean meeting with someone back at the shop who isn't attending to find out what they'd want to know.
When you're assigning employees to sessions, split them up so everyone's covering different ground.
Debrief as soon as you can. I highly recommend planning time at lunch and at the end of each day, before drinks and dinner, to meet up and debrief on what you learned. Put it on the calendar, it's an easy step to skip.
Download the Pantheon app. Update your profile and see who's attending, speaking, sponsoring, and more. Reach out to a few key people and get some time on the calendar before the event. Check out the Pantheon social side too.
App instructions: scan the QR code to download the "Cvent Events" app, search for Pantheon 2026, and log in with the email you used to register.
If you've got employees attending, set up a pre-travel meeting and cover: travel plans (airfare, vehicles, hotel, Uber/Lyft/shuttle, and enough buffer to arrive the day before and leave after the event so you don't miss a keynote), expectations around expenses and how to represent the company, attire, individual and company goals, emergency contacts, muster plans, and networking expectations.
Being prepared before Pantheon goes a long way toward maximizing your results and getting your business to ROI faster. Now that you and your team are set, remember to have fun and enjoy the event. Part 2 covers pro tips for while you're there.
TimmyBoy Pro Tips
Prepare your elevator pitch. Networking moves faster when you can describe your business in one line, like "We're a 20-truck HVAC shop in Ohio looking to automate our memberships." It helps mentors and peers give you sharper, more specific advice.
Join the community early. Don't wait for the app, join the ServiceTitan Masterminds Facebook group a month out to see what's trending.
Plan for the Swan & Dolphin footprint. For 2026, Pantheon's taking over the entire resort campus. Tell your team to pack comfortable shoes, that expansive footprint means a lot of walking between buildings.
Seek out our own famous nerd, yes, the man, the myth, the legend, Blue Collar Nerd! When you find him, get your picture, give him a hug (all nerds need hugs), and ask him: is your favorite feature to automate and enhance ServiceTitan still the same one? Just kidding, but seriously, ask him.
