Built by Someone Who's Actually Done the Work

This isn't theory from someone who studied the trades from the outside. This comes from more than 30 years in plumbing and the trades, building a Sacramento plumbing business from the ground up and eventually selling it, and years spent training contractors on the systems that actually run a business. Advancing the Trades exists because the person behind it has lived every part of the struggle this industry faces, and built real answers instead of empty motivation.
