Part 2 of 3: While You're at Pantheon

This is part two of the three-part series to help your business plan for Pantheon 2026. Let's look at how to maximize your time once you're there. Feel free to add your own tips in the comments.

At Pantheon

Start each day early. Grab a fresh breakfast and coffee, and see who else is up early with you.

Hit registration as soon as you can. ServiceTitan usually opens pre-registration at the event, so it's either quick and easy or you wait until late morning and enjoy the lines.

Know where Pantheon's actually happening and how long it takes to get there. Last year needed a shuttle. This year, if you're staying at the same hotel as Pantheon, you won't. Either way, know the layout and timing going in.

Know where your breakout sessions are ahead of time. A little scouting up front means more time for networking later.

Scout your lunch and snack areas too, and the restrooms while you're at it.

Live Spark Sessions

Attend the SparkSessions with intention. These are massive roundtables. Sit with companies larger than yours to learn what's next, and with smaller companies to practice teaching and lock in your own knowledge. Pantheon is basically one giant Sparks session.

Networking

One of Pantheon's biggest advantages is the networking. If you know SparkSessions, imagine that with hundreds of people in the room. Our industry is genuinely great about sharing knowledge, and Pantheon is no different.

  • Bring business cards or your digital card info

  • Wear your name tag and lanyard

  • Stay at the conference hotel, the networking runs morning, afternoon, and evening

  • Review the attendee list and try to locate the contacts worth meeting

  • Meet with ServiceTitan employees (Blue Collar Nerd, your CSM, and other resources)

  • Have three top business-related questions or topics ready to go

  • Use the conference app and hashtag, have fun, take pictures, share on social, follow up and connect there too, and take notes right in the app afterward

  • Limit alcohol, eat well, get enough sleep, and limit head-down phone time, save that for your room

  • Sit with people you don't know at meals and build new relationships

Visit the Sponsors in the Expo Hall. If you planned ahead, you already know who's there from the website, app, or social. Now find out why. I like to ask each sponsor how their company can help my business, specifically, what's the ROI. And then, don't forget the swag.

Visit the ServiceTitan Product Specialists and Programs. A few places to start:

  • Meet with specialists for any pro products you use or plan to use

  • Learn how the Certified User program can impact your team

  • Visit with Titans-for-Change to see how they give back, they'll award this year's Prometheus Award to companies making a real community impact

  • My personal favorite, the Embers & Sparks team, learn how TitanAdvisor can work like a business coach for your shop

  • Consider talking to a few ServiceTitan Certified Partners to see if hiring one would help your company

  • Check out the perks Torch Members get, might make you want to join that crew

  • And yes, there's ServiceTitan and sponsor swag waiting to be picked up

  • Collect the pins for your lanyard, they're great conversation starters: how many trucks, what trade, how many Pantheons

The Appreciation Party is the real deal. One of my favorite things about Pantheon is how big Vahe and Ara go to say thank you. This year's entertainment is OneRepublic. Show up on time, grab good seats, and have fun with other ServiceTitan users. The party's off the hotel site, so know where the shuttle picks up. When you get there, look for me, I'll be in the back of the club dancing with my two left feet.

Keep networking after the party at the hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant. I've been going to conferences for years, and I've never seen networking like this night. You'll be surrounded by Power Users, ST Community Pros, ServiceTitan CSMs, Lady Titans, product experts, and if you're lucky, someone like Tom Howard walking around talking about his favorite budget report.

Try to get to bed at a reasonable hour, 7:30am comes fast. I know that's tough with everything going on. When you're back in your room, jot down a few notes on contacts made and key info while it's fresh.

Showing up to Pantheon 2026 well prepared goes a long way toward maximizing your results. Part 3 covers pro tips for after you get home.

TimmyBoy Pro Tips

The Rule of Three. When you're in the Expo Hall or with Product Specialists, walk in with three SMART goals ready. Instead of "tell me about Marketing Pro," ask "how can Marketing Pro reduce my cost-per-lead by 10%?"

Target the AI Co-Pilot experts. With 2026's focus on Atlas and AI, head straight for sessions on Adaptive Capacity and AI Voice Agents. Ask specifically how these tools can cut head-down time for your office staff.

Check out HackTheon. If you've got tech-savvy team members, find the HackTheon event where customers and engineers build solutions together in real time.

Use the Birds of a Feather lunches. These are industry-specific meetups (Plumbing, HVAC, Garage Door), the best time to meet peers who share your exact seasonal pain points.
